Joomla Vs Wordpress

I am currently using wordpress. Is joomla is better than wordpress can anybody suggest.

I think Joomla should not be compared with wordpress coz Joomla is a CMS whereas wordpress is a blog.

Although, both can act as CMS and wordpress, there native function is still as mentioned above.
Both are best at their own place.

Joomla is used for all kinds of site. You can even make blogs using it.

wordpress with minimum graphics is much faster than minimum grpahics of joomla

but wordpress id designed to develop the blog or online entries.... but joomla is designed to make the cms site and if u want a blog in the joomla you can install the free blog modules

Both are slow, in my opinion and if you compare base version (without any addons), wordpress is faster.

I go up with joomla is better than wordpress.Joomla can be implemented every function but can we implement wordpress like joomla? Because wordpress is a blog.

Yeah, joomla is a CMS whereas wordpress is a blog. So, definitely there are many things that you can do with Joomla that you can't with wordpress.

The basic difference between Word-press and Joomla is that Joomla is a portal- or community type site while Word-press is a blog.  Both overlap each other in several areas and can be extended beyond their original purpose thanks to the use of plugins.
